المادة 1

مادة 1: تحدد مدة صلاحية الاجازة المسبقة لتصدير بيض الاستهلاك بخمسة عشر يوما ابتداء من تاريخ اصدارها ولا تعطى لغير المصدرين المسجلين حسب الاصول في مكتب الانتاج الحيواني لعام 1974.

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 4/1 تاريخ 17/1/1974 بحيث تصبح مدة صلاحية اجازة تصدير البيض شهرا كاملا بدلا من خمسة عشر يوما.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تلغى جميع القرارات السابقة المخالفة لمضمون هذا القرار والمتعلقة بتحديد مدة صلاحية الاجازات المسبقة لتصدير بيض الاستهلاك .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به ابتداء من السادس عشر من كانون الثاني 1974.
