مادة 1: تصحح المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 328/1 الصادر عن وزارة الزراعة بتاريخ 9/10/1968 وتقرأ: "يسمح باستيراد الثوم المعد للاستهلاك دون اجازة مسبقة اعتبارا من 9/10/1968 وحتى نهاية نيسان سنة 1969. بدلا من : "يسمح باستيراد الثوم اليابس المعد للاستهلاك دون اجازة مسبقة اعتبارا من 9/10/1968 وحتى نهاية نيسان سنة 1969 والباقي بدون تعديل.
