المادة 1

بما ان فرقة التحديد والتحرير في منطقة التليل العقارية حددت العقارات من الرقم 578 الى الرقم 650 الكائنة في منطقة المزيحمة على اعتبار ان المزيحمة محلة تابعة لمنطقة التليل. وبما ان الملحق بالمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 11 تاريخ 29/12/1954 (التنظيم الاداري) ومرسوم افتتاح اعمال التحديد والتحرير رقم 2322 تاريخ 24/7/1965 اعتبرا المزيحمة منطقة مستقلة, اقرر الغاء عمليات التحديد والتحرير العمومية الجارية على العقارات المذكورة وابلاغ هذا القرار ونشره وفقا للمادتين 19 و22 من القرار رقم 186 تاريخ 15 اذار سنة 1926 .
