ان وزير الاشغال العامة والنقل

بناء على المرسوم رقم 7996 تاريخ 4/11/1961

بناء على الملحق رقم واحد لاتفاقية شيكاغو لا سيما الفقرة

بناء على اقتراح مدير الطيران المدني

وبعد موافقة مدير عام النقل

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يحدد الحد الاقصى لسن الطيار الذي يحمل اجازة طيار خط جوي ويقوم فعليا بقيادة الطائرات التي تؤمن النقل الجوي التجاري بستين سنة.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به ابتداء من اول كانون الثاني 1964 .
