المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح وضع الادخال الموقت عن خيوط الحرير التركيبي المستمرة المعدة لحياكتها نسجا مصنرة للبرادي.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع هذا الوضع للاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة ولشروط التطبيق الخاصة التي تحددها ادارة الجمارك.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تخضع الاستفادة من احكام هذا الامر الاداري, للمرة الاولى, لموافقة مديرية الجمارك العامة.
