ان وزير السياحة,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998

(تعيين حكومة),

بناء على القانون رقم 21/66,

وبناء للاعتراضات الواردة الى وزارة السياحة

من قسم كبير من اهالي منطقة مزرعة بني صعب

ومن المالكين لقسم كبير من العقارات المحددة

بلوائح من الدوائر العقارية وبخرائط رسمية

ومن افادة مختار بلدة المزرعة المذكورة والتي

وردت كلها الى الوزارة بعد نشر القرار رقم

634 في الجريدة الرسمية,

وبناء على افادة التنظيم المدني رقم 4590

تاريخ 27/12/1999,

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام للسياحة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 634 تاريخ 26 تشرين الثاني, 1999 مع مفاعيله القانونية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور نشره.
