بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدين احمد

كموني وحسن جراح والمسجل تحت رقم 241

تاريخ 05/12/1998 (طلب الترخيص باصدار

المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة

الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيدين أحمد كموني وحسن جراح، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصاً بإصدار مطبوعة أسبوعية غير سياسية باللغة العربية باسم: «الحنان».

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة. بيروت في: 2 شباط 1999 وزير الإعلام أنور محمد الخليل
