مادة 1: تنشأ في قرية عينطورين- قضاء زغرتا- بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية عينطورين" قوامها ثمانية اعضاء.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد النطاق البلدي لقرية عينطورين وفقا للخرائط المرفقة وهي تكرس النطاق العقاري.
