المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في قرية كفرعبيدا- قضاء البترون- بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية كفرعبيدا" قوامها ثمانية اعضاء.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد النطاق البلدي لقرية كفرعبيدا وفقا للخرائط المرفقة وهي تكرس النطاق العقاري.

المادة 3

المادة الثالثة : ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
