مادة 1: عين الحد الاقصى لسعر كيلو غرام الدقيق الزيرو كما يلي: 1/2 30 بثلاثين قرشا ونصف القرش بالجملة تسليم المطحنة على ظهر الشاحنة وبواحد وثلاثين قرشا /31/ بالجملة تسليم الفرن

مادة 2: كل مخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار يعاقب عليها بموجب المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 189 تاريخ 18/6/1942
