المادة 1

مادة 1: يسمح باستيراد الزيتون الاخضر المكبوس بالماء والملح (البندين الجمركيين 7/3/آ و20/2/11 ب ) دون اجازة مسبقة من الاردن وسوريا, وذلك اعتبارا من 2/12/968 وحتى نهاية 1/2/1969

المادة 2

مادة 2: يسمح باستيراد الزيتون الاسود المكبوس بالماء والملح (البندين الجمركيين 7/3/آ و20/2/11 ب ) دون اجازة مسبقة من الاردن وسوريا, وذلك اعتبارا من 2/1/1969 وحتى نهاية 1/3/1969

المادة 3

مادة 3: يشترط في تطبيق المادتين اعلاه ان يكون الزيتون معبأ في صفائح معدنية او زجاجية لا يزيد الوزن الصافي لعبوة الزيتون في كل منها عن خمسة عشر كيلوغراما

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة
