ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ

17/04/2003,

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي

رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 وتعديلاته

(قانون البلديات),

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الجنوبي رقم

23/أ.ن/2002 تاريخ 19/12/2002,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية كفرفالوس ـ قضاء جزين في محافظة لبنان الجنوبي منحلا حكما, للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى قائمقام جزين أعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
