بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003

بناء على القرار رمق 68 تاريخ 27/01/2004

انشاء بلدية في بلدة طلوسة - قضاء مرجعيون -

محافظة النبطية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يتولى قائمقام مرجعيون ـ محافظة النبطية, القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية طلوسة ـ قضاء مرجعيون بصورة مؤقتة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي في البلدة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
