ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات), لا سيما المادة

24 منه,

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997

(تعديلات على بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب

اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون

المختارين),

بناء على القرار رقم 86 تاريخ 29/01/2004

انشاء بلدية في بلدة الحويش -قضاء عكار-

محافظة لبنان الشمالي,

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يتولى قائمقام عكار ـ محافظة لبنان الشمالي, القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية الحويش ـ قضاء عكار بصورة مؤقتة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي في البلدة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
