ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ

17/04/2003,

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته,

بناء على القانون رقم 33 تاريخ 16/05/1967

لا سيما المادة الاولى منه (ابدال اسم قرية

"بتغزانية"-قضاء عاليه باسم قرية "التعزانية",

وبعد صدور قرار وزارة الداخلية والبلديات

رقم 138 تاريخ 16/02/2004 (انشاء بلدية في

بلدة بتعزانية),

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يصحح اسم البلدية الوارد في القرار رقم 138 تاريخ 16/02/2004 ويقرأ بلدية "التعزانية" بدلا من بلدية "بتعزانية" والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
