بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات), لا سيما

المادة 24 منه,

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997

(تعديلات على بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب

اعضاء مجلس وقانون البلديات وقانون

المختارين),

بناء على القرار رقم 108 تاريخ 06/02/2004

انشاء بلدية في بلدة ريمات وشقاديف -

قضاء جزين - محافظة الجنوب.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يتولى قائمقام جزين ـ محافظة الجنوب, القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية ريمات وشقاديف ـ قضاء جزين بصورة مؤقتة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي في البلدة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
