21/01/2003 باسم "فينيسيا كوميكس ش.م.م" ممثلة

بشخص مديرها السيد انطوان اندره فرح الذي

يوقع عنها بالانفراد.

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة

والمسجل تحت رقم 4619 تاريخ 12/11/2003

(طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار),

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة

الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: تمنح شركة "فينيسيا كوميكس ش.م.م.", ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر في بيروت باسم "دار فينيسيا للنشر PHOENICIA PUBLISHERS" تتحمل مسؤوليتها الآنسة رانيا مارون خليفة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
