يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في بلدة زبقين ـ قضاء صور ـ محافظة لبنان الجنوبي بلدية جديدة تعرف باسم "بلدية زبقين".

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكون النطاق البلدي لبلدية زبقين وفقا للخريطة المرفقة بهذا القرار.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
