ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13621 تاريخ 26/10/2004,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد احمد عبد القادر

المعاز والمسجل تحت رقم 884 تاريخ 18/03/2005

(طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد احمد عبد القادر المعاز, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا باصدار مطبوعة شهرية, غير سياسية, باللغتين العربية والانكليزية باسم "The journal Middle East Broadcasters" يتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافي هشام محمود عليوان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكون صدور المطبوعة باللغتين المذكورتين في المادة الأولى في آن معا ومن ضم العدد الواحد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
