ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 13621 تاريخ 26/10/2004 (تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 116 تاريخ 12/06/1959,

بناء على قانون المختارين الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته,

بناء على القرار رقم 223 الصادر بتاريخ 08/04/2005 المتعلق بانشاء حي جديد في بلدة الهرمل - قضاء الهرمل - محافظة البقاع يسمى حي رأس العاصي.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

تصحح المادة الأولى من القرار رقم 223 تاريخ 8/4/2005 بحيث تقرأ: "ينشأ في بلدة الهرمل ـ قضاء الهرمل حي جديد يسمى حي رأس العاصي" بدلا من قضاء بعلبك والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
