ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14323 تاريخ 19/04/2005,

بناء على المادتين 23 و24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي

رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون

البلديات),

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان تاريخ 09/05/2005,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية العاقورة-قضاء جبيل في محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكلف قائمقام جبيل اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

مادة 1: تعدل المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 28/د تاريخ 23/5/2005 بحيث تصبح كما يلي: تكلف السيدة نجوى سويدان، رئيسة القسم الأصيل في قائمقامية جبيل، القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية العاقورة المنحل، وذلك حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد. والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
