ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ

06/08/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المواد الخامسة والسادسة

عشرة والثامنة عشرة منه,

وبناء على القرار رقم 8331 تاريخ

09/01/2003 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة

لعام 2003,

وبناء على القرار رقم 3170 تاريخ

15/09/1988 القاضي بادراج اسم "شركة الكسار للصيرفة وشركاه" على لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة تحت رقم 57,

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 3/17/03 تاريخ 11/12/2003,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة الكسار للصيرفة وشركاه" المسجل في تلك اللائحة تحت رقم 57

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
