بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

30/06/1977 (قانون البلديات)

بناء على قرار وزارة الداخلية والبلديات رقم

233 تاريخ 03/03/2004 (انشاء بلدية في بلدة

ديك المحدي)

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تضم بلدة دير طاميش إلى النطاق الإداري لبلدية ديك المحدي ـ قضاء المتن ـ محافظة جبل لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعدل اسم البلدية ويصبح: "بلدية ديك المحدي ـ دير طاميش" بدلا من "بلدية ديك المحدي".

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكون النطاق البلدي لبلدية ديك المحدي ـ دير طاميش هو النطاق العقاري لكل من منطقتي ديك المحدي ودير طاميش العقاريتين.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
