بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ

14/9/1962 ولا سيما المادة 50 منه

وبناء على اقتراح المديرالعام لوزارة الاعلام

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع إدخال وتوزيع سلسلة الكتب التالية: ـ سلسلة كتب SERIE X ـ سلسلة كتب BRIGADE MONDAINE ـ سلسلة كتب LES NOUVEAX EROTIQUES وذلك لتضمنها مواضيع مخلة بالآداب والأخلاق العامة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
