بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ

بناء على الجدول رقم م(1) الملحق بالمرسوم

وبعد صدور قرار وزارة الداخلية والبلديات رقم

69 تاريخ 27/01/2004 (انشاء بلدية في بلدتي

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يصحح اسم البلدية الوارد في القرار رقم 69 تاريخ 27/1/ 2004 ويقرأ بلدية "دير قانون راس العين" بدلا من بلدية "دير قانون وراس العين" والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
