بناء على القرار رقم 258 تاريخ 03/11/1997

(الترخيص باصدار مطبوعة ("THE LEBANESE GAZETTE")

بناء على الطلب المقدم من شركة "انسكر بشونز

ش.م.م." والمسجل تحت رقم 2826 تاريخ 15/07/2004

والذي تطلب بموجبه الغاء الترخيص باصدار مطبوعة

"THE LEBANESE GAZETTE"

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 258 تاريخ 3/11/1997 القاضي بالترخيص بإصدار مطبوعة "THE LEBANESE GAZETTE" الأسبوعية, غير السياسية, وذلك بناء على طلب مالكتها شركة انسكر بشونز ش.م.م.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
