وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد جوزف الياس الملاح, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا بإصدار مطبوعة أسبوعية, غير سياسية, باللغة العربية, باسم "الضوضاء" يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
