ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14323 تاريخ 19/04/2005،

بناء على المادتين 23 و 24 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/06/1977 وتعديلاته (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 1971/ب/2005 تاريخ 21/06/2005،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية بشمزين ـ قضاء الكورة في محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يكلف قائمقام الكورة بأعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
