ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Essex Chemie AG (Essex Chemie Ltd) المسجلة بتاريخ 19/2/2003 تحت رقم 2230 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشكرات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/7/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9569/2005، بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة اتخذ، بتاريخ 25 أيار 2005، القرارات التالية: 1 ـ إقالة السيد أرنو فاغير Mr. Arnaud Faguer من منصبة كممثل قانوني لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان وتجريده فورا من كافة الصلاحيات المعطاة إليه بالنيابة عن الشركة. 2 ـ تعيين السيد غسان بيضون كممثل قانوني للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور ووضع خاتم الشركة على سند التوكيل لصالح السيد غسان بيضون والذي يمنحه الصلاحيات اللازمة لتمثيل الشركة في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
