ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques (Sita) المسجلة بتاريخ 20/4/1954 تحت رقم 189 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 13/7/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 9571/2005، بأنها، اعتبارا من 24/5/2005، ألغت التفويض بالصلاحيات الممنوح إلى السيد فادي جوزيف قازان بتاريخ 11/6/2003 للبنان، وعينت السيد جورج دالكوب ياطف ليعمل بصفة ممثل الشركة في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة المعطاة لمدة غير محددة والتي يسري مفعولها اعتبارا من 24/5/2005 حتى إلغائها. واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
