ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة JP Morgan Chase Bank (سابقا The Chade Manhattan Bank)) المسجلة بتاريخ 8/7/1955 تحت رقم 200 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/6/2005، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8056/2005، بأنه بعد عملية دمج مصرفية تمت بتاريخ 13/11/2004، جرى تعديل اسم المصرف ليصبح JP Morgan ChaseBank National Association. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
