ان شركة JT International Luxembourg S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 2/5/2002 تحت رقم 2213 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات - مكتب تمثيل - قد صرحت بتاريخ 7/6/2005 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7623/2005 بان مجلس ادارة الشركة قرر تفويض السيد مجد عبدو ليحل محل السيد رياض الياس سرتين في مكتب تمثيل الشركة في بيروت - لبنان مع صلاحية ادارة هذا المكتب او استطرادا تعيين مدير و/او مساعد مدير واعطائه كافة الصلاحيات الضرورية للقيام بمهامه وذلك وفق قراره المؤرخ في 27/4/2005 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر
