ان المدير العام للتعاونيات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2514 تاريخ 23/02/2000 (تعيين المدير العام)،

بناء على القرار رقم 193/2 ت تاريخ 05/08/2004 (حل وتصفية الجمعية التعاونية الزراعية في كفرذبيان م.م.

بناء على طلب المصفي بتكليف محاسبا يساعده في اعمال الحل والتصفية،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يكلف خبير المحاسبة السيد رشيدي شفيق صوفيا بمساعدة المهندس ريتا حاصباني في أعمال حل وتصفية الجمعية التعاونية الزراعية في كفرذبيان م.م. على أن تحسم أتعابه من أموال التصفية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار فور صدوره في الجريدة الرسمية.
