ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 06/08/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 8948 تاريخ 13/01/2005 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2005،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشريكين في "شركة السعد للصيرفة-حسان يوسف عواضه وشريكه" المنعقد بتاريخ 20/05/2005،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية تاريخ 23/05/2005،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة السعد للصيرفة ـ حسان يوسف عواضه وشريكه» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 449

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
