ان وزير الاعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14323 تاريخ 19/04/2005،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل شركة تجارية لدى امانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2005406 تاريخ 07/03/2005 باسم "دار النشر كيدموس ش.م.م" ممثلة بشخص رئيس مجلس ادارتها السيدة اليس انترانيك كجه جيان التي توقع عنها منفردة،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الشركة المذكورة، والمسجل تحت رقم 889 تاريخ 19/03/2005 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار)،

وبناء اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح شركة «دار النشر كيدموس ش.م.م.»، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «دار نشر كيدموس»، تتحمل مسؤوليتها السيدة أليس انترنيك كجه جيان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
