إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 8948 تاريخ 13/1/2005 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2005،

وبناء على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 3/9/05 تاريخ 12/10/2005،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة اوسكار للصيرفة ـ علي حسن سلهب وشريكته» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 563.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
