إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ 26/10/2000،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد طوني الياس طعمه المتضمن طلب نقل اسمه في جدول الخبراء من فرع المساحة محافظة جبل لبنان إلى فرع التخمين في المحافظة المذكورة،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى تاريخ 11/1/2002،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ينقل الخبير السيد طوني الياس طعمه من فرع المساحة محافظة جبل لبنان إلى فرع التخمين في المحافظة المذكورة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
