إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان رقم 2006220 تاريخ 16/8/2005 باسم «دار زكريا للنشر EDITION ZAKARIA»،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيدة نورما شكيب عبود، والمسجل تحت رقم 4607 تاريخ 27/12/2005 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح السيدة نورما شكيب عبود، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بامس «دار زكريا للنشر EDITION ZAKARIA»، تتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسها.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
