ان وزير الموارد المائية والكهربائية

بناء على احكام الاتفاق المعقود بين الدولة وشركة ادارة واستثمار مرفأ بيروت بتاريخ 13 نيسان 1960 والمصدق بقانون 31 أيار سنة 1960.

بناء على موافقة شركة ادارة واستثمار مرفأ بيروت.

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام للاستثمار

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: بالاضافة الى الاعفاء النظامي تعفى جميع البضائع التي تسحب من مرفأ بيروت قبل اول كانون الاول 1975 من جميع رسوم الخزن والخزن الاضافي والايداع للمدة الواقعة بين 15 ايلول و 12 تشرين الثاني 1975.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يطبق هذا القرار مع مفعول رجعي بالنسبة للبضائع التي سحبت قبل صدوره والتي يشملها مضمونه.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
