إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 9241 تاريخ 24/1/2006 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2006،

وبناء على محضر اجتماع الشريكين في «شركة الحاج للصيرفة» المنعقد بتاريخ 21/11/2005،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية الوارد إلى مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 3/10/2006،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «شركة الحاج للصيرفة» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 258

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
