إن وزير الزراعة بالوكالة،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14954 تاريخ 29/7/2005 (تعيين وزراء بالوكالة عند غياب الوزراء الأصيلين)،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 97 تاريخ 16/9/1983 (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة وإعادة تنظيم الوزارة)،

بناء على تقرير المستشار في مجلس شورى الدولة تاريخ 22/6/2006 المتضمن اقتراح إبطال القرار رقم 52/1 تاريخ 21/2/2000،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الزراعة بالإنابة،

يقرر ما يأتي:
