إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2009370 تاريخ 8/1/2007 باسم «دار أدونيس للنشر»،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد سعد راشد الخوري، والمسجل تحت رقم 293 تاريخ 31/1/2007 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد سعد راشد الخوري، اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «دار أدونيس للنشر» يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
