إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إيداع محافظ الشمال رقم 1177/إ/2007 تاريخ 4/5/2007،

بناء على مطالعة المديرية العامة للشؤون السياسية واللاجئين رقم 4922/4 تاريخ 25/5/2007،

بناء على مقتضيات المصلحة العامة وتأمينا لاستمرارية المرفق العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: كلف مختار قرية بدبهون ـالكورة السيد نسيم شكيب عبد الواحد ـ بتصريف أعمال مختارية قرية برغون ـ قضاء الكورة ـ محافظة الشمال.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
