إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 9516 تاريخ 29/1/2007 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2007،

وبناء على كتاب السيدة أمل عاطف المصري بصفتها صاحبة «مؤسسة ميرا للصيرفة لصاحبتها أمل عاطف المصري» تاريخ 21/6/2007،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم «مؤسسة ميرا للصيرفة لصاحبتها أمل عاطف المصري» المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 650.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
