ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة فروماجري بال ش.م. Fromageries Bel S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 5/3/2005، تحت رقم 2327 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/7/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7526/2007 بأنها قررت في 24/5/2007 تعيين السيد كارل أبو ملهم مديرا لمكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان ليحل محل السيد حساب شهاب الدين، كما عينت بنفس القرار السيدين كارل أبو ملهم وربيع طي أبو درغام ليقوما بالاتحاد بفتح وتحريك الحسابات المصرفية العائدة لمكتب التمثيل المذكور كما ولإجراء كافة العمليات المصرفية على تلك الحسابات. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
