إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، لا سيما المواد 70 و79 و174 منه،

وبناء على القرار الأساسي رقم 7835 تاريخ 2/6/2001 وتعديلاته المتعلق بالاحتياطي الإلزامي،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 26 أيلول 2007،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى نص الأنموذجين رقم (RO-11) و(ARO-02) المرفقين بالقرار الأساسي رقم 7835 تاريخ 2/6/2001 ويستبدلا بالنصين الجديدين كما هما مبينين في الأنموذجين المرفقين بهذا القرار.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
