إن وزير المالية،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

وبناء على اقتراح مدير المالية العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعتمد الأنشطة الاقتصادية وفقا للتصنيف والترميز الواردين في الجدول المرفق.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعدل هذا التصنيف والترميز لجهة تسمية النشاطات أو لجهة تسمية النشاطات أو لجهة إضافة أو حذف نشاط محدد أو لأي جهة أخرى بناء على دراسات تجريها مديرية الواردات بالتنسيق مع إدارة الاحصاء المركزي.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من أعمال سنة 2007

المادة 4

مادة 4: يلغى كل نص مخالف لمضمون هذا القرار.

المادة 5

مادة 5: ينشر في القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
