- في التعديل - إن شركة الاتحاد للطيران (شركة مساهمة عامة) Etihad Airways (a public Joint Stock Company) المسجلة بتاريخ 8/11/2003، تحت رقم 2264 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/12/2007، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13856/2007، بأنها منحت السيد جهاد بو زيد وكالة قانونية مؤرخة في 13/8/2007 تفوضه بصفته مدير المالية المسؤول عن لبنان لينوب عن الشركة ويعمل باسمها في لبنان على مباشرة كافة التصرفات الضرورية بشكل معقول لتنفيذ الأغراض الوارد ذكرها في الوكالة القانونية المذكورة. وإشعار بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
