إن وزير الإعلام،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة تسجيل محل تجاري في جبل لبنان تحت رقم 2008677 تاريخ 6/7/2006 باسم «دار الفنون الجميلة»،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من الآنسة ديالا سيزار نمور والمسجل تحت رقم 2051 تاريخ 25/7/2007 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار)،

وبناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الإعلام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمنح الآنسة ديالا سيزار نمور، اللبنانية الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر باسم «دار الفنون الجميلة» يتحمل مسؤوليتها السيد سيزار الياس نمور.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
