إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف ولا سيما المادة 136 منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 9814 تاريخ 15/1/2008 القاضي بنشر لائحة المصارف للعام 2008،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي رقم 26/25/07 تاريخ 12/9/2007،

واستنادا إلى شهادة التسجيل تاريخ 10/1/2008 الصادرة عن أمانة السجل التجاري في بيروت تحت رقم 1007671،

وبناء على كتاب مدير فرع «شركة مصرف الوركاء للاستثمار والتمويل مساهمة خاصة» في لبنان تاريخ 28/1/2008،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يدرج اسم «شركة مصرف الوركاء للاستثمار والتمويل مساهمة خاصة» على لائحة المصارف ويعطى الرقم 131

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
